Job Summary




  • Campus Technologies Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counsellor / Sales Officer to engage prospective students, promote training programs, drive enrolments, and support the institute’s sales and digital marketing initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with strong sales ability and digital marketing knowledge to grow student recruitment and brand visibility.



Responsibilities

Academic Counselling & Student Engagement:




  • Provide professional guidance to prospective students on course selection and career pathways.

  • Respond to walk-ins, calls, emails, social media, and online inquiries promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolments.

  • Build strong relationships with students from inquiry stage to registration.



Sales & Business Development:




  • Promote training programs to meet and exceed enrolment targets.

  • Execute sales strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.

  • Conduct follow-ups and conversion activities for prospective clients.

  • Prepare sales reports and weekly performance updates.



Digital Marketing Support:




  • Assist in creating and posting marketing content for social media platforms.

  • Run WhatsApp broadcasts and online promotional campaigns.

  • Support lead generation through digital channels.

  • Monitor online engagement and recommend improvements.



Customer Service:




  • Provide excellent front-line support to students and visitors.

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

  • Represent the organization positively at all times.



Required Skills & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Proven experience in sales, academic counselling, or customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
