Job Summary
- We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Sales Clerk to support daily sales operations, attend to customers, and ensure proper record-keeping of sales transactions. The ideal candidate should have some sales experience and a good attitude toward customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and handle sales transactions
- Issue receipts and ensure accurate cash handling
- Arrange and display products neatly
- Maintain daily sales records and inventory updates
- Support stock control and replenishment activities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Assist in achieving daily sales targets
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- OND in any relevant discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or retail operations
- Basic knowledge of sales documentation is an advantage.
