Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced Assistant Financial Controller to provide financial leadership and support to our organization.

  • You will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting and financial management, excellent analytical skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification

  • Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) 

  • 5+ years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, accounting software).



Advantages:
