Job Description
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead revenue-driven marketing for our hotel and restaurant operations. This role is responsible for brand visibility, occupancy growth, restaurant sales, and campaign performance across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase room occupancy and restaurant covers
- Manage digital marketing (social media, paid ads, email campaigns, Google Business, OTAs)
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and events
- Drive partnerships with corporates, influencers, travel agents, and event planners
- Track performance, analyze data, and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel/restaurant or hospitality marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, ads, and analytics
- Proven ability to drive revenue through campaigns
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
