Precondition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Master's dearee or professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, MBA) is an advanfage
- 8—10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in consulting
- Strong experience in organizational design, talent management, HR strategy, and workforce planning
- Experience advising senior executives, boards, or public sector leadership
