About the job




  • We're seeking an experienced Agile Technical Product Manager with expertise in OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and evidence-based management frameworks to lead our digital banking product from discovery through delivery to operation. You'll be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, developing business cases, managing product backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional Scrum teams, comprising developers (programmers, UI/UX designers, solution architect, QA, BA, DevOps, CX) and Scrum master; and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and business needs on the bank's digital channels.



Responsibilities



Product Vision and Strategy: 




  • Define and maintain the digital product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements

  • Develop business cases and ROI analysis to support product decisions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and create a product roadmap aligned with OKRs



OKR Development and Tracking:




  • Develop and maintain OKRs for the product team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

  • Track and measure progress against defined OKRs, identifying areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust OKRs as needed



Evidence-Based Management:




  • Implement and maintain evidence-based management practices, using data and metrics to inform product decisions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and track key metrics, such as customer satisfaction, acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

  • Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product development



Product Backlog Management:




  • Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it's up-to-date, refined, and prioritized

  • Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis



Agile Methodologies:




  • Implement and maintain agile practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to facilitate agile events, which include Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews and Sprint retrospectives; and Product Backlog refinement activity



Stakeholder Management:




  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and development teams

  • Communicate product plans, progress, and changes to stakeholders



Requirements




  • Experience: 3+years in product management, preferably in digital banking or financial services.

  • OKR expertise: Experience developing and tracking OKRs, with ability to align product goals with organizational objectives.

  • Evidence-based management expertise: Experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions, with ability to develop and track key metrics.

  • Agile Methodologies expertise: Agile minded (Agile values and principles), experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Extreme Programming-XP) and techniques (such as user story, relative estimation and value driven Product Backlog prioritization techniques).

  • Tools Proficiency: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Product Vison Board (or equivalent), Firebase/Mixpanel, Google Analytics. SQL is a plus.

  • Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Soft Skills: Strong ownership mindset, analytical thinking, storytelling ability, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder influence.

  • Digital banking experience: Familiarity with digital banking products, services, and regulations.

  • Certifications: Agile certifications such as PSPO, PMI-ACP or ACPM is a plus.
