Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans, identifying new markets and opportunities to meet revenue goals.
Lead Generation & Client Management:
- Find prospects (cold calling, networking), build relationships, and maintain loyalty with existing clients.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor, train, and guide junior sales reps, improving overall team performance.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals to maximize profit.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports, analyze sales data, and provide market insights to management.
Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, often with 5+ years in business-to-business sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is common.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (like Salesforce) and sales reporting tools.
