Job Summary




  • The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, staff management, employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies while supporting a positive workplace culture.



Responsibilities




  • Support recruitment and onboarding of salon, retail, and administrative staff

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation

  • Assist with performance management and staff appraisals

  • Coordinate staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary records

  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations

  • Assist with training coordination and staff development

  • Serve as a point of contact for basic HR inquiries



Requirements




  • HND or BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1 – 2 years of HR experience (experience in retail, salon, or beauty industry is an advantage)

  • Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

  • Good organizational and documentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,.



Salary

N150,000 per month.
