Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Officer to secure B2B contracts across sectors such as hospitality, retail, and corporate clients.

  • The ideal candidate is commercially minded, persistent, and skilled in networking and client engagement.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation:




  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across multiple sectors.

  • Proactively approach potential clients through visits, networking, referrals, and follow-ups.

  • Develop persuasive proposals and presentations to secure partnerships and contracts.

  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.

  • Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to inform strategy.



Client Relationship and Account Management:




  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.

  • Follow up with clients consistently to drive upsells and long-term contracts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.



Performance & Sales Execution:




  • Work with a results-driven mindset, with earnings tied to performance-based incentives.

  • Execute sales strategies, including in-person business visits and persistent outreach, to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.



Client & Partner Communication:




  • Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information or support.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless communication.

  • Other duties as assigned.



Requirements




  • BA/BSc in Business Management or related field (postgraduate/professional qualification is a plus).

  • Minimum 2 years in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales.

  • Experience in B2B client management and partnerships.

N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
