The Territory Sales Manager is required to take full ownership of the Lagos market. Your goal is to aggressively grow the market share of Cormart's range of Industrial and Construction Adhesives by leading a high-performing team, collaborating with stakeholders and opening new industrial channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Execute aggressive sales strategies to increase market share for VinkoBond and VinkoGit across Lagos.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of Sales Executives and Reps, ensuring they meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs.
- Market Development: Personally lead high-level negotiations with major distributors, construction firms, and large-scale furniture manufacturers.
- Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets and wholesalers in key industrial hubs (e.g., Mushin, Odun-Ade, Lekki/Ajah axis).
Reporting: Provide detailed weekly analytics on sales performance, competitor activity, and artisan feedback.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role within the Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, or Building Materials sector.
- Education: B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Lagos Mastery: Deep, "boots-on-the-ground" knowledge of the Lagos building material markets and distribution networks.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, people management, and strategic planning abilities.
- Mobility: Must be willing to spend 70% of the time in the field with the team.
