• Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts for HVAC, Elevator, and Systems Integration projects.


• Manage contract execution and ensure compliance with terms and conditions, legal requirements, and company policies.


• Identify potential risks in contract terms and implement mitigation strategies.


• Handle claims management, dispute resolution, and variation orders effectively.


• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure project delivery within scope and budget.


• Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring performance meets project standards.


• Prepare monthly commercial reports and cash flow forecasts.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) is highly preferred. Alternatively, candidates with degrees in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or  will be considered.


• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, or Construction industry.


• Strong knowledge of standard contract forms


• Demonstrated experience in claims preparation and dispute resolution.


• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.


• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
