Key Responsibilities



Learning & Product Development:




  • Design and structure commercial training programs including masterclasses, cohort-based programs, and VIP coaching.

  • Translate the OAP’s expertise into structured learning frameworks such as Executive Presence, Storytelling & Media Mastery, and Crisis Communication for Leaders.

  • Develop premium training manuals, workbooks, facilitator guides, and slide decks aligned with a luxury brand aesthetic.



Training Delivery & Administration:




  • Manage end-to-end logistics for external workshops and training programs, including venues, registration, and participant communication.

  • Oversee participant experience from onboarding through certification.

  • Set up and manage digital learning platforms (LMS) for course materials, recordings, and assessments.



Content, Media & Brand Support:




  • Collaborate with media and studio teams to produce high-quality video and audio learning assets.

  • Design certification and assessment standards to validate participant mastery.

  • Collect testimonials, case studies, and impact data to support brand growth and marketing initiatives.



Performance Management & Culture:




  • Design and implement performance management systems suitable for creative teams.

  • Shift performance conversations toward impact, collaboration, and audience value.

  • Support goal-setting, feedback, and employee development planning.



Employee Experience & HR Operations:




  • Embed organisational values into daily people practices and leadership behaviours.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and sensitive people matters.

  • Support HR policies, compliance with Nigerian labour laws, payroll inputs, and HR records management in collaboration with consultants and Finance.



Leadership & Organisational Development:




  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on people, culture, and capability development.

  • Support organisational growth, role clarity, and team restructuring as the brand expands.

  • Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning and internal growth

Education & Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 6–7 years of relevant experience

  • CIPM Certification (completed or in progress)

  • Additional L&D or OD certifications are an advantage
