Responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to staff and students and ensuring the smooth operation of ICT systems that support academic and administrative activities.
KeyResponsibilities
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related devices
Support users with email systems, learning management systems (LMS), and office applications
Assist with ICT support during lectures, examinations, meetings, and official events
Support basic network, internet, and system operations
Maintain records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions
Promote safe and responsible use of ICT resources.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking
Good troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Desirable:
Experience in an academic or institutional environment
Familiarity with cloud tools and basic cybersecurity practices
Basic knowledge of digital platforms used by organizations.
