Role Summary




  • Responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to staff and students and ensuring the smooth operation of ICT systems that support academic and administrative activities.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related devices

  • Support users with email systems, learning management systems (LMS), and office applications

  • Assist with ICT support during lectures, examinations, meetings, and official events

  • Support basic network, internet, and system operations

  • Maintain records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions

  • Promote safe and responsible use of ICT resources.



Requirements




  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking

  • Good troubleshooting and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Strong communication and time-management skills.



Desirable:




  • Experience in an academic or institutional environment

  • Familiarity with cloud tools and basic cybersecurity practices

  • Basic knowledge of digital platforms used by organizations.
