Job Summary
- Lead the design and delivery of learning programs and strategies that support organizational goals and workforce development in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning strategies, SOPs, and training prgrams.
- Manage blended learning solutions: classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
- Design competency frameworks and career development paths.
- Prepare training materials and analyze training effectiveness.
- Support talent development from onboarding to leadership training.
- Lead L&D projects and manage the L&D team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years total experience; 4–5 years in Learning & Development.
- Experience in manufacturing setup preferred (ceramic, cement, or glass).
Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Leadership and project management capabilities.
