Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the school.


• Oversee academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school.


• Develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and long-term growth plans.


• Ensure high academic standards across all sections (Early Years, & Primary,)


• Supervise theHeads of Departments.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory, inspection, and accreditation requirements.


• Lead staff recruitment, performance management, and professional development.


• Manage stakeholder relationships including parents, board members, partners, and regulators.


• Uphold strong ethical standards, discipline, and school culture.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree with 5 years experience.
