The Young Talent Program (Direct Sales) is designed to attract and develop energetic, results-driven young professionals into successful Direct Sales Executives. The program provides structured training and real-life selling experience focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.



Participants will be trained to promote products and services directly to customers in a field-based, target-driven environment while building strong sales and customer relationship skills.



Key Responsibilities




  • Actively promote and sell company products and services directly to customers

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field sales, roadshows, kiosks, and activations

  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers

  • Onboard new customers and complete required documentation

  • Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback

  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns

  • Adhere strictly to company policies, ethics, and sales standards



Eligibility & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline

  • 0-1 years work experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

  • NYSC completed, in progress, or exempted

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to work in a field-based, performance-driven environment

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented

  • Basic proficiency with smartphones and digital tools
