Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer / Bidding Specialist to identify growth opportunities, manage bids, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage end-to-end bidding processes (EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, tenders)
- Prepare high-quality, compliant proposals
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Track bid pipeline and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development and bidding
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills
- Experience with public and private sector tenders
