We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer / Bidding Specialist to identify growth opportunities, manage bids, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Manage end-to-end bidding processes (EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, tenders)

  • Prepare high-quality, compliant proposals

  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

  • Track bid pipeline and performance



Requirements:




  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development and bidding

  • Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills

  • Experience with public and private sector tenders
