Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Internal Sales Executive to manage inbound inquiries and drive sales from within our Lagos office.
- You will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients interested in our products. Your goal is to convert inquiries into confirmed orders through expert product knowledge and exceptional follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Management: Promptly respond to phone inquiries, emails, and social media leads regarding sandwich panels, spray foam, and cold room chemicals.
- Quotation Generation: Prepare accurate technical quotes and proforma invoices based on client specifications and project measurements.
- Showroom Management: Interface with walk-in customers at the Vitapur showroom, providing professional product demonstrations of our insulation boards and lifestyle products.
- Sales Support: Coordinate with the Production and Logistics teams to provide clients with accurate lead times and delivery updates.
- CRM Maintenance: Update and manage the customer database (CRM), ensuring all interactions are logged and follow-up calls are scheduled.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in internal sales, telesales, or a customer-facing commercial role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
