Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Nigeria laws and company regulations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Handle disciplinary processes and performance management
- Advise management on HR and people-management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) are an added advantage
- Experience as HR Manager
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-management skills.
Salary
N300,000 / month (per role)
