Duties and Responsibilities




  • Organizes personnel and assists in training as required, whilst also organizing courier services.

  • Involved in the mobilization, crew changes and demobilization of personnel worldwide.

  • Work closely with the Visa Agencies and Immigration, ensuring travellers have the correct visas/work permits in place prior to mobilization.

  • Recruit and manage personnel

  • Organize personnel Visas (Business, Study, Tourist, Visiting, TWP and STR Visas)

  • Able to determine good intermodal transport

  • Have a good understanding with Third party logistic vendors



Requirements




  • A Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, Engineering, Supply chain management, transport management or other related field

  • Membership of a professional body or related professional qualification

  • Must have a technical background

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in logistics, supply chain management or other related fields

  • Good knowledge of operations within the diving industry is an advantage

  • Gender - Male

  • Age 30-40 years

  • must be a graduate

  • fluent in English

  • great interpersonal skills

  • must reside in Lagos

  • must be ready to work at weekends

  • Organised and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.

  • A flexible, proactive approach to work, including the ability to prioritise to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Must be Charismatic

  • Excellent in documentation

  • Good understanding of airport operation (Lagos ,Warri , Portharcourt )

  • A good team player.

  • High standards of professional and personal integrity

  • Demonstrates solid problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Must be a hard worker, multitask, and give attention to details

  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
