Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

  • Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.

  • Implement and maintain warehouse processes, safety standards, and housekeeping procedures.

  • Oversee the picking, packing, and delivery processes to ensure timely supply to outlets.

  • Manage warehouse staff, including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.

  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Use warehouse management systems to track stock movements and generate reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing a warehouse, preferably in retail, FMCG, or distribution.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
