Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prourement officer to join our dynamic team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire purchasing cycle, from identifying needs and sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts, placing orders, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of goods/services, while maintaining strong vendor relations, controlling budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.



Responsibilities




  • Timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building

  • Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply conracts

  • Preparing of Purchase Orders.

  • Review and analyse all vendors, suppliers, supply option and prices

  • Ensure delivery of procured items.

  • Dealings with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors as regards quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building facility.

  • Any other related job.



Relevant Work Experience / Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
