Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Wholesale Sales Representatives to manage bulk sales to wholesalers and distributors, grow volume sales, expand market coverage, and maintain strong trade relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell FMCG products in bulk to wholesalers and major distributors
- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts
- Identify and onboard new wholesale customers
- Achieve assigned sales volume and revenue targets
- Negotiate prices, discounts, and trade terms within approval limits
- Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
- Collect payments and manage credit customers in line with company policy
- Provide market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and demand trends
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG wholesale or bulk sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
- High level of integrity and target orientation.
