Job Purpose




  • To provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office while maintaining an efficient office environment.



Responsiblities




  • Responsible for opening and closing of the office every work day and at any time such services are required

  • Keep the office area clean and tidy at all times

  • Greet clients or visitors and direct them to the appropriate quarters

  • Collect and deliver mails, other company correspondences within and outside the organisation

  • Monitor and ensure adequate distribution of office supplies, toiletries etc.

  • Take stock of office supplies or office items and make necessary requests for replacements where necessary

  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced

  • Support in photocopy and spiral binding of documents

  • Assist to buy meals and other refreshments for directors

  • Cater for company meetings

  • Inspect and document mileage of directors’ cars and ensure routine servicing is done promptly

  • Discharge any other responsibility that may be assigned by Supervisor

  • To ensure that there is general administrative office support to make staffs work effectively and efficiently and also to make clients and visitors comfortable.
