Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence within the cosmetics/FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales across wholesale and local markets


• Manage modern trade channels (supermarkets, pharmacies, beauty chains, retail outlets)


• Build and maintain strong distributor and retailer relationships


• Negotiate trade terms and achieve sales targets


• Identify business opportunities and expand product distribution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field


• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in cosmetics or FMCG sales


• Proven experience with local and modern trade markets


• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills


• Good understanding of cosmetics products and market dynamics


• Existing market network is an added advantage.
