Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients in target industries (banking, oil & gas, manufacturing, telecoms, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision makers in client organizations.
- Ensure timely renewal of corporate accounts and upselling of additional insurance products.
Sales Operations & Negotiations
- Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and questions to clients
- Negotiate contract terms and close profitable deals in line with company policy.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth policy onboarding and servicing.
Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure all sales processes comply with NAICOM regulations and company guidelines.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to Branch Head.
Brand Representation
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences and client meetings.
- Promote the company’s brand image and value proposition in the corporate market
