Job Summary
- To ensure that customer installations and repairs are promptly and effectively done according to laid down company procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Installation of all the solar, inverters, batteries and stabilizers according to SOP.
- Perform routine PV system maintenance on modules and batteries.
- Identify and resolve any deficiencies in PV system installation.
- Identify electrical, environmental and safety hazards associated with PV installation.
- Attend to all faulty service requests that come from customers via the Service Controller.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the product after installation and FSR.
- Ensure proper training of customers on the functionality of the product.
- Liaise with the customer regarding the status of product after installation and FSR.
- Performs other functions as assigned.

- To attend to customer needs in a professional manner and ensure that all installation and repair jobs are completed efficiently.
Job Specifications
- Minimum of OND qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant and progressive experience.
- Good business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
- Strong business ethics.
