Job Summary




  • To ensure that customer installations and repairs are promptly and effectively done according to laid down company procedures.



Tasks and Responsibilities




  • Installation of all the solar, inverters, batteries and stabilizers according to SOP.

  • Perform routine PV system maintenance on modules and batteries.

  • Identify and resolve any deficiencies in PV system installation.

  • Identify electrical, environmental and safety hazards associated with PV installation.

  • Attend to all faulty service requests that come from customers via the Service Controller.

  • Ensure the proper functioning of the product after installation and FSR.

  • Ensure proper training of customers on the functionality of the product.

  • Liaise with the customer regarding the status of product after installation and FSR.

  • Performs other functions as assigned.

  • To attend to customer needs in a professional manner and ensure that all installation and repair jobs are completed efficiently.



Job Specifications




  • Minimum of OND qualification in Engineering or equivalent.

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant and progressive experience.

  • Good business communication (including written and verbal) skills.

  • Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.

  • Strong business ethics.
