Our client, a growing real estate firm, is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and client acquisition.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing properties, generating leads, conducting property inspections, and closing sales deals.
This role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Promote and sell company properties to prospective buyers and investors.
Conduct property inspections and presentations for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Negotiate sales terms and close property deals successfully.
Prepare and process necessary documentation related to property transactions.
Provide clients with accurate information on property features, pricing, and payment plans.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualification
Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
2–3 years’ experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process.
Professional appearance and presentation skills.
High level of confidence, persistence, and customer focus.
