Job Summary

• The Driver to the General Manager is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transportation of the GM for official and authorized personal duties.


• The role requires a high level of confidentiality, discipline, punctuality, and familiarity with Island routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the General Manager to and from official meetings, office, events, and other assigned locations.


• Ensure the GM’s safety at all times while on duty.


• Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition at all times.


• Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tyres) and report faults promptly.


• Ensure vehicle documents (insurance, license, road worthiness) are valid and up to date.


• Plan routes in advance and avoid traffic delays where possible.


• Run official errands as assigned by the GM or Management.


• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the GM’s movements and business activities.


• Observe all traffic laws and company policies at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 - 5 years experience.
