Role Overview




  • You will own the end-to-end marketing funnel— from attracting attention to supporting sales conversions.

  • You must understand how to market complex B2B tech services.



Key Responsibilities




  • Build and manage a lead generation system that delivers consistent, qualified inbound leads

  • Create high-impact content (LinkedIn, website, email, landing pages, case studies) that translates technical services into clear business value

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns(LinkedIn, Google, Meta) focused on B2B lead quality

  • Develop email sequences and nurturing flows to move leads toward sales conversations

  • Track and report on performance: leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution



Requirements




  • Proven B2B digital marketingexperience (tech/software preferred)

  • Strong hands-on experience withpaid advertising

  • Track record of campaigns that generated measurable business results

  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels and B2B buyer behavior

  • Ability to simplify complex services into compelling offers.
