Job Summary
- You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems within the food court premises.
- Your role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and other maintenance issues in the facility fixtures and systems to meet health and safety standards.
- You will collaborate with other maintenance staff, chefs and management to address plumbing and other facility maintenance related issues promptly and efficiently, contributing to the overall cleanliness and operational effectiveness of the food court.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, and drainage systems in food court areas.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems to identify issues and proactively address potential problems.
- Make sure there his good and hygienic water supply for the production and consumption use.
Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, such as leaks or clogs, to minimize disruptions to food court operations.
- Provide quick and effective solutions to urgent plumbing issues to ensure the safety and comfort of customers and staff.
Compliance with Health and Safety Standards:
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize the risk of contamination or waterborne diseases within the food court environment.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other maintenance staff and departments to address cross-functional issues that may impact the overall functioning of the food court.
- Communicate effectively with management to report on plumbing-related issues and proposed solutions.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of plumbing repairs, installations, and inspections.
- Provide documentation as required for compliance purposes and to facilitate future maintenance.
Quality Control:
- Monitor the performance of plumbing systems and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Customer Service:
- Interact with food court staff and management in a professional and courteous manner.
