Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
- Process customer orders and machined appropriately
- Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
- Accept cash and return the correct change.
- Reconcile all orders with cash & POS payment at the beginning and end of each work shift.
- Place food orders in the appropriate tray.
- Respond to customer inquiries, guide them.
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Collect payments whether in cash or POS
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Any other tasks as assigned by your frontline supervisor
- Weigh foods left over under the supervision of internal auditor.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE with 1 - 2 years experience.
