Job Summary

• Delivering outstanding customer service, processing food orders, cleaning public spaces, and packaging orders.


• Promoting the brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help determine their orders.


• Process customer orders and machined appropriately


• Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.


• Accept cash and return the correct change.


• Reconcile all orders with cash & POS payment at the beginning and end of each work shift.


• Place food orders in the appropriate tray.


• Respond to customer inquiries, guide them.


• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers


• Collect payments whether in cash or POS


• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones


• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas


• Any other tasks as assigned by your frontline supervisor


• Weigh foods left over under the supervision of internal auditor.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE with 1 - 2 years experience.
