Attend to walk‑in and call‑in customers politely and professionally.
Provide accurate information on services, prices and delivery timelines.
Open shipments, prepare waybills and ensure correct customer details are captured.
Follow up with warehouse/drivers on shipments and give timely feedback to customers.
Handle basic customer complaints or escalate when necessary.
Keep records of daily transactions and support basic branch reports.
Requirements
OND/HND/B.Sc. in any field with 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, front desk, or a related role (logistics/retail/hospitality is an advantage).
