Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Build Salary band/Grades based on business structure and growth phase
- Process documents and prepare reports relating to compensation, benefits, & performance evaluations
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) for Lontor and Gree
- Deal with employee requests regarding salary payment, KPI, Salary Increments, Staff Loans, Statutory deductions, promotions, Bonuses etc.
- Administer payroll preparation by collating relevant data (Absences, Bonus, Leaves, etc.)
- Advising on salary payment based on pay grade and current benchmark
- Advising on bonuses, staff engagement events, and other benefits
- Communicate with public services/ External bodies when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Accurate report to management on statutory payment and Statutory payment
- Ensure accurate salary payment to all staff at the earliest possible time as approved by management
- Ensure company compliance to government standard on employee management
- Ensure accuracy of staff/new database and hire payment process.
- Deal with employee requests regarding salary payment, KPI, and salary
- Increments, Staff Loans, promotions & Bonuses.
- Other HR tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
