Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:




  • Build Salary band/Grades based on business structure and growth phase

  • Process documents and prepare reports relating to compensation, benefits, & performance evaluations

  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) for Lontor and Gree

  • Deal with employee requests regarding salary payment, KPI, Salary Increments, Staff Loans, Statutory deductions, promotions, Bonuses etc.

  • Administer payroll preparation by collating relevant data (Absences, Bonus, Leaves, etc.)

  • Advising on salary payment based on pay grade and current benchmark

  • Advising on bonuses, staff engagement events, and other benefits

  • Communicate with public services/ External bodies when necessary

  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

  • Accurate report to management on statutory payment and Statutory payment

  • Ensure accurate salary payment to all staff at the earliest possible time as approved by management

  • Ensure company compliance to government standard on employee management

  • Ensure accuracy of staff/new database and hire payment process.

  • Deal with employee requests regarding salary payment, KPI, and salary

  • Increments, Staff Loans, promotions & Bonuses.

  • Other HR tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
