Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.


• The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and awareness.


• Responsibilities include market analysis, product positioning, campaign development, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution.


• The Brand Manager will also monitor and evaluate brand performance, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to impactful customer engagement strategies, all while adhering to Sun Pharma’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Brand Management


• Ability to analyze Market Trends and conduct thorough Research


• Skills in Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Collaboration


• Experience in Campaign Development, Product Positioning, and Customer Engagement


• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly advantageous


• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and advanced degree is a plus


• Proven experience in a brand management or marketing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector


• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities


• Willingness to work on-site in Lagos State, Nigeria
