Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Security Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies and protocols to safeguard employees, property, and information.


• Risk Management & Compliance: Conduct vulnerability assessments, identify potential threats, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.


• Incident Response & Security Operations: Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and crisis management to ensure business continuity.


• Information Security & Technology: Oversee digital assets, preventing hacking, data breaches, and other cyber threats.


• Leadership & Awareness: Educate employees on security best practices and lead security training programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, security, or a related field; master's degree is often preferred.


• Experience: Proven experience in senior security roles (often 10+ years), covering both physical and cyber domains.


• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CPP (Certified Protection Professional).


• Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, incident management, and communication skills.
