Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Development Officer to oversee our travel and tourism operations.

  • The Sales & Business Development Officer will be a key driver of growth, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, expanding the client base, cultivating strategic partnerships, and generating significant revenue in the travel and tour sector.



Key Responsibilities




  • Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B partnerships, including travel agencies, corporate clients, destination management companies (DMCs), online travel agencies (OTAs), and relevant industry associations.

  • Nurture and grow relationships with existing high-value partners to maximize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and business development initiatives for senior management.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and tour operators.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years’ experience within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of the travel distribution channels (e.g., B2B, B2C, OTAs, GDS) and a strong network within the industry.

  • Strong knowledge of travel operations, airline ticketing, and tour packaging.
