Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resource Manager (HRM) to oversee all HR functions of the organization.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and driving a positive workplace culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Oversee employee relations, discipline, and grievance management.
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and staff records.
- Lead training and capacity-building programs.
- Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development.
- Promote employee engagement, welfare, and workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
