Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage of the supermarket premises at all times


• Identify and report suspicious behavior, theft, or security breaches


• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information and footage


• Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately


• Record incidents accurately in the security or incident logbook


• Support loss-prevention efforts and internal control procedures


• Provide CCTV footage or reports when required by management or authorized personnel


• Adhere strictly to company security policies and data privacy guidelines


• Escalate security incidents promptly following approved procedures


• Carry out other lawful security-related duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND certificate


• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in security is an advantage


• Must be tech-savvy and smart


• High level of alertness, discretion, and integrity


• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays


• Good observation and reporting skills
