- As we expand our operations, we are looking for diligent, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Abuja as Ticketing Officers.
- We are seeking an organized and professional Ticketing Officer to manage our Abuja ticketing operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticket sales, reservations, and customer inquiries with accuracy, speed, and a positive attitude.
- This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our valued passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process ticket sales, bookings, and reservations efficiently using our ticketing system.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, offering travel information, and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle cash, POS, and digital payments accurately, ensuring daily reconciliation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel schedules, routes, fares, and company promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in terminal operations, including passenger check-in and queue management.
- Maintain clean and organized ticketing counters and customer service areas.
- Prepare daily sales and transaction reports as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in ticketing, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in computer applications and experience with ticketing software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be resident in Abuja or able to relocate immediately.
