Role Overview

• The Warehouse / Spares Officer will manage inventory, spare parts, and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock records, proper storage, and timely issuance of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock


• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory logs


• Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies


• Coordinate with the procurement team on stock replenishment


• Ensure proper handling and storage of spare parts and equipment


• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse


• Prepare inventory and stock status reports as required

Requirements

• OND or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field


• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse or spares management


• Basic inventory control and record-keeping skills


• Attention to detail and good organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and follow processes
