Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Trainee to support our Investment Advisory and Institutional Sales team. This role offers hands-on exposure to capital markets, client advisory, and institutional relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior sales executives in advising clients and preparing investment solutions


• Assist with market, industry, and stock research


• Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and RFPs


• Support institutional client acquisition, relationship management, and AUM growth


• Collaborate with internal teams across Trading, Asset Management, and Investment Banking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in a numerical or business-related discipline


• 1–2 years’ experience in sales


• Completed NYSC; not older than 26 years


• Strong interest in financial markets and sales


• Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills


• CIS certification, Master’s degree, or Bloomberg experience is an advantage.
