JOB DESCRIPTION:

• help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. 


• Will serve as an intermediary between companies and their customers, recommending products and services while ensuring customer requirements are met.


• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution


• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication


• Must have the ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies.


• Must keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BSC, HND in any field


• Proven work experience as a sales consultant


• Excellent knowlege of MS Excel and MS Office


• Excellent sales and communication skills
