We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to manage vehicle service interactions from reception through delivery, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Receive customers (appointment or walk-in), document vehicle concerns, and prepare accurate job cards.
Conduct test drives where necessary and explain scope of work, cost estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
Coordinate with workshop staff and job controllers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Communicate proactively with customers on delays, additional work, or cost variations and obtain approvals.
