Ujax Engineering is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who understands how to tell real project stories online. This role is about creating simple, engaging content that shows what we do: smart buildings, ELV systems, solar, CCTV, and automation—without overcomplicating things. You’ll manage our social media pages, create content from site activities, and help grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms


• Turn site work, installations, and projects into clear and engaging posts


• Write captions using everyday words that people can relate to


• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency


• Work with the technical team to understand projects and explain them simply


• Create basic graphics and short videos (before, during, after installs)


• Respond to comments and messages professionally


• Track content performance and suggest improvements


• Maintain Ujax’s brand voice across all platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media or digital content


• Good writing skills and ability to explain technical work in simple terms


• Basic knowledge of content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)


• Ability to edit short videos and photos from site work


• Creative thinking and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


• Interest in engineering, technology, or smart systems is a big plus
