Job Description
Ujax Engineering is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who understands how to tell real project stories online. This role is about creating simple, engaging content that shows what we do: smart buildings, ELV systems, solar, CCTV, and automation—without overcomplicating things. You’ll manage our social media pages, create content from site activities, and help grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Turn site work, installations, and projects into clear and engaging posts
- Write captions using everyday words that people can relate to
- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency
- Work with the technical team to understand projects and explain them simply
- Create basic graphics and short videos (before, during, after installs)
- Respond to comments and messages professionally
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
- Maintain Ujax’s brand voice across all platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media or digital content
- Good writing skills and ability to explain technical work in simple terms
- Basic knowledge of content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Ability to edit short videos and photos from site work
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Interest in engineering, technology, or smart systems is a big plus
