JOB SUMMARY

Kuhl-Cher is recruiting for FoodCo Nigeria Limited, early career graduates for the Branch Leadership Program. This job provides hands-on exposure to retail operations, store management, customer service, and team leadership. This program develops future branch managers through practical experience in optimizing store performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage inventory, sales floor, and deliver exceptional customer service


• Rotate through retail outlets to understand operations and FoodCo’s value chain – full range of activities, involved in procuring the products/raw materials, getting them into the stores/production units, design of stores/placement of products, to attract sales from different demographic groups.


• Learn cross-selling, product knowledge, and customer problem-solving


• Support all retail functions with a positive attitude


• Build relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree / Higher National Diploma in any discipline


• Minimum graduating GPA: Second Class Upper / Upper Credit


• 0–2 years post-NYSC experience


• Maximum age: 27 years

TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS

• Strong problem-solving skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Hands-on approach to work and willingness to take on diverse shop-floor tasks
