Our client is one of the leading brands in telecommunications industry. Due to expansion they are in need of a PHONE TECHNICIAN.

Location: Ikeja

Responsibilities:

• Mobile phone repair technicians run tests to assess the mobile phones’ functionality.


• Install and update phone software, troubleshoot wiring problems, and replace damaged parts and components such as batteries, LCD screens, keypads, and buttons.


• They also advise their clients on warranty issues and recommend products based on their expertise.


• Create solutions to problems


• Disassemble mobile devices


• Maintain records of maintenance interventions


• Perform test run


• Repair mobile devices

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND in an Engineering field.


• Previous experience as a phone technician


• Good communication Skills


• Electronics expertise


• Computer competency


• Problem-solving ability


• Must reside around Ikeja axis
