Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Collection Officer to manage loan recovery and ensure timely repayment from customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a good understanding of debt collection processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone calls, messages, and visits to follow up on outstanding payments


• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure adherence to agreed terms


• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections


• Escalate difficult or delinquent cases when necessary


• Educate customers on repayment obligations and company policies


• Work closely with team leaders and recovery managers to improve performance


• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc (any discipline)


• Previous experience in loan recovery or collections is an advantage


• Strong communication and persuasion skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets


• High level of integrity and professionalism


• Must have an andriod phone
