Job Description

• Auldon Limited is currently recruiting for an Accountant that will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales reports and financial statements for trends and discrepancies.


• Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior management


• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, anddesign a framework for these to be met.


• Ensuring all finance and accounting operations comply with generally acceptedaccounting principles and federal and state laws and regulations.


• Ensuring day-to-day transactions such as accounts payable, cash receipts andaccounts receivable, credit card transactions, and payroll are recordedproperly.


• Performing fiscal year-end close activities and assisting with activities andrequirements of external auditors.


• Review and approve expenditure requests within designated limits.


• Oversee reconciliation of general ledger accounts and bank statements

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3years of experience in a finance or accounting role.


• Proven experience in retail finance or a similar industry.


• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.


• Experience in cash flow management and financial modeling.


• Familiarity with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.


• Ability to prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.


• Strong understanding of inventory management and cost-reduction strategies.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.


• Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.


• Familiarity with tax filing requirements and coordination with tax advisors


• Certified Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or ICAN is a plus.
