Role Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Order Fulfillment Officer to support our sales operations and customer experience.


• The Sales Order & Fulfillment Officer is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accurate processing, timely fulfillment, and clear communication with both internal teams and clients. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently


• Coordinate order fulfillment, scheduling, and delivery with internal teams


• Liaise with customers regarding order status, timelines, and documentation and follow up till payment is made


• Ensure all orders comply with company procedures and quality standards


• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery documentation


• Work closely with Warehouse, Marketing teams to ensure effective delivery systems


• Handle customer queries and provide professional after-sales support


• Carry out periodic customer satisfaction surveys


• Maintain adequate data base of company’s customers and clients

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in Health product sales (Pharmaceutical products, IVF products, Medical devices, Diagnostics etc)


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems


• Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
